Standard Daily Transfer Limit Variation Application Form - BIFOnline Internet Account Access (235KB)
Application to increase the standard amount which BIF allows for transfer to an external financial institution per eligible BIF account through BIFOnline will be considered where there is an ongoing need to pay wages or other payments on a regular basis. A higher limit is a greater security risk. It may be more appropriate to contact your BIF State Office to arrange processing of larger value transactions. Phone/Email Password & Nominated Account FormA confidential Phone/Email Password established for your Client account will allow you to be identified to us so that instructions may be given by an authorised signatory by phone or email. You may also nominate one financial institution account into which withdrawals may be transferred and this will allow for a greater transaction amount to be authorised. Use this form to authorise the issue of an International Cheque payable to an overseas beneficiary by withdrawal from your BIF account. This form is designed to be completed online, printed using the Print button at the top right hand corner of the form, and then signed as appropriate and returned to a BIF State Office. BPAY Biller Application FormBusiness clients can use this form to establish a BPay Biller service with BIF so that payments can be received into their BIF account from their customers. Other Account FormsBIF Cheq account clients should use this form to establish, amend or cancel an Authority with Westpac Bank to be able to cash a BIF Cheq or to exchange a BIF Cheq for a Westpac Bank Cheque.

Please use this form to request a Stop Payment in respect of a cheque drawn on a BIF Cheq account.
