This service allows an Administrator to manage your business internet functions, provides for the approval of transactions by more than one person from remote PC locations and allows the upload of files for multiple payment processing, eg payroll. Standard Daily Transfer Limit Variation Application Form - BIFOnline Internet Account Access (235KB)
Application to increase the standard amount which BIF allows for transfer to an external financial institution per eligible BIF account through BIFOnline will be considered where there is an ongoing need to pay wages or other payments on a regular basis. A higher limit is a greater security risk. It may be more appropriate to contact your BIF State Office to arrange processing of larger value transactions. Phone/Email Password FormA confidential Phone/Email Password established for your Client account will allow you to be identified to us so that instructions may be given by an authorised signatory by phone or email. Use this form to authorise the issue of an International Cheque payable to an overseas beneficiary by withdrawal from your BIF account. This form is designed to be completed online, printed using the Print button at the top right hand corner of the form, and then signed as appropriate and returned to a BIF State Office. Use this form to authorise an electronic telegraphic transfer of funds payable to an overseas beneficiary at an overseas bank by withdrawal from your BIF account. BPAY Biller Application FormBusiness clients can use this form to establish a BPay Biller service with BIF so that payments can be received into their BIF account from their customers. This is a cost effective service for receiving the payment of school and child care fees, donation, regular giving and support payments and other amounts billed to customers of any business. Please contact your State Office to assist with completion of this form. See our NEWS item 1(c) for the special introductory arrangements available for new BPay Biller clients setup during 2007- savings of over $300 to establish a new Biller Code and service. Other Account FormsClients with BIF Cheq accounts should use this form to establish, amend or cancel an Authority with your nominated branch of Westpac Bank if you would us to arrange for you to cash a BIF Cheq or to exchange a BIF Cheq for a Westpac Bank Cheque.

Please use this form to request a Stop Payment in respect of a cheque drawn on a BIF Cheq account.
