Standard Daily Transfer Limit Variation Application Form - BFSOnline Internet Account Access (32KB)

Application to increase the standard amount which BFS allows for transfer to an external financial institution per eligible BFS account through BFSOnline will be considered where there is a need to pay wages or make other payments on a regular basis.

A higher limit is a greater security risk. It may be more appropriate to contact BFS for a temporary increase to allow processing of larger value transactions.

Phone/Email Password & Nominated Account Form

Establish or Change a Phone/Email Password and/or Nominated Account (27.6KB)

A confidential Phone/Email Password established for your Client account will allow you to be identified to us so that instructions may be given by an authorised signatory by phone or email.

You may also nominate one financial institution account into which withdrawals may be transferred and this will allow for transaction amounts in excess of our standard daily transfer limit to be authorised.

Direct Debit Request & Periodical Payment Request Forms

Use this form to authorise the transfer of funds into a BFS account from an external Financial Institution within Australia.

Periodical Payment Request Form (20KB)

Use this form to transfer funds from a BFS account to another account with BFS or into an account with another financial institution within Australia.

International Telegraphic Transfer/International Cheque Application Forms

International Cheque Application (22KB)

Use this form to authorise the issue of an International Cheque payable to an overseas beneficiary by withdrawal from your BFS account.

This form is designed to be completed online, printed using the 'Print' button at the top right hand corner of the form, and then signed and returned to a BFS State Office.

International Telegraphic Transfer of Funds (23KB)

Use this form to authorise an electronic telegraphic transfer of funds payable to an overseas beneficiary at an overseas bank by withdrawal from your BFS account.

This form is designed to be completed online, printed using the 'Print' button at the top right hand corner of the form, and then signed and returned to a BFS State Office.

BPay Biller Application Form

BPay Biller Setup or Amendment Data Form (28KB)

Business clients can use this form to establish a BPay Biller service with BFS so that payments can be received into their BFS account from their customers. This is a cost effective service for receiving the payment of school and child care fees, donations, regular giving and support payments and other amounts billed to customers by any business. Please contact us for assistance with completion of this form.

The BPAY Biller service is a proprietory service offered by Indue Ltd ABN 97 087 822 464.  Set up as a BPay Biller is subject to approval by Indue Ltd.
